Ordering & Products

Q1. What types of products do you sell? 

We specialize exclusively in high-quality handbag products designed for modern style and everyday practicality. 

Q2. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your desired handbag, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can securely complete your purchase using our Shopify Payments Gateway. This includes Payment Card options like Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, and Diners Club, as well as Shopify payment Wallet options like Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Q3. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, if you need to cancel or change your order, please note that our cancellation window is 24 Hours.  Once the processing stage has begun and the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Shipping & Delivery

Q4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are proud to offer Free Shipping for all our shipping charges cost.

Q5. Where do you ship?

We currently target and ship exclusively within the United States.  Orders placed for delivery outside this region will not be processed.

Q6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our estimated delivery timeline consists of two stages:

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Shipping time: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4 to 7 business days. Note that our order cutout time is 5:00 PM (EST).

Q7. Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Yes, we provide a tracking number for your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. We partner with reliable carrier services, specifically DHL and FedEx.

Returns & Refunds

Q8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 Days return window from the date you receive your item. Yes, I accept returns for defective and non-defective products. Yes, I accept exchanges as well.

Q9. Who pays for return shipping?

For any return or exchange, the return shipping cost is all Customer's responsibility

Q10. Do you charge any restocking fees?

No, we value transparency and our customers. We charge a $0 Restocking Fee.

Q11. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Our refund process time is 7 Business Days.

Payment & Security

Q12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of methods through our Shopify Payments Gateway. All transactions and currency used on the website are in US Dollar ($).

Q13. Is my payment information secure?

Yes, your security is our top priority. All transactions are encrypted and processed through our third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.
